Our People

Our people are passionate about what they do.

Catalyst has a national presence. Our services are supported by 48 dedicated staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington Christchurch and Dunedin. 

Catalyst’s leadership team is led by Chief Executive, Elaine McFadyen and her team of senior managers:

Our team has, on average ten years injury management and health and safety experience. Some of our people have worked in this industry for over 20 years.

Our people come from a range of professions including health and safety, medical, occupational health, psychology, physiotherapy, science and business.
